Returns & Refunds
Weekly Drops:
Under UK consumer law, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
How to start a return
- Email support@outoflinebychiara.shop with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply and if your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions.
- Post your jeans back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- An £8 return handling fee will be deducted.
Jeans must come back unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them, with any labels attached. You’re responsible for the cost of return postage, so please use a tracked service, because we can’t be responsible for parcels that get lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your item(s) back. Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank may need extra time to show it. If you haven’t seen it after a reasonable time, please contact us.
The Rework options
Each rework is made to your own specification, so the right to cancel doesn’t apply. If the jeans you send us aren’t suitable for a rework, we’ll tell you before we start and refund you in full.
