Where we deliver
We currently post to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Express delivery: £6.99
- Free standard delivery on orders of £125 or more.
You’ll see the options and your total at checkout before you pay.
When your order is sent
We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Every pair is one of one and packed by hand, so please allow the full 3 days.
Weekly drops
Orders from a drop are sent in the days after the drop goes live, in the order they were placed.
The Rework options
The Rework is made to order, so it isn’t sent in 1 to 3 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day we receive your jeans and/or your consultation has taken place. When it’s finished, we post your jeans back to you using a tracked service, and we pay for the postage. You pay to send your jeans to us. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your parcel hasn’t arrived when you expect it, email us at support@outoflinebychiara.shop with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
